Overview:

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is seeking support with developing streamlined, repeatable processes and procedures, identifying goals, objectives, and key performance indicators, as well as creating learning materials and templates for a variety of initiatives. The position will implement assistance with developing and formalizing business processes and procedures to position IBC AQD for continued, long term success. The objective of this requirement is to support IBC AQD with assessing, designing, formalizing, and implementing consistent and repeatable processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing advice, guidance, and support to agency senior personnel as specified by the statement of work.
• Support government program managers in analyzing project requirements and helps establish strategic solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Works with project team to create project plan, is responsible for following plan to complete initiatives.
• Project duties could potentially include assisting customer with researching and developing best practices, process improvement research, creating reports and analyses, policy and regulation research, and supporting business program advisory services.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Team player, leader and motivated to learn and take ownership and accountability.
• Track record of executing senior level discussions/presentations with key stakeholders to drive modernization and transformation of managed IT services for mission critical system/s.
• Experience developing, communicating, socializing, and executing on key strategies for transformations across an enterprise.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to details, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
